It's changing things it shouldn't touch, misunderstanding straightforward instructions, getting lost in simple tasks… To the point i dont want it touching my code anymore.

Every new chat starts from zero. It doesn't know you want one change at a time, or that it broke login last week, or that you'd rather it asked. The things you type into every chat belong in the one place it reads before every reply. This is that file: six rules, one line each, and where to put it in Lovable, Bolt, Replit or Claude Code.
