The problem is I've created a Frankenstein I don't understand. If someone asks me what file X does, or how folder Y connects to the database, I just freeze.

You built it by asking, and it works. But you couldn't say what it's made of, where it will break next, or whether a stranger could see your users' data. The check-up answers that in plain words and ends with the one thing to fix first. It finds specific problems; it doesn't promise a safe app. Get on the list and it's yours the day it ships.
