A website for your business, built once and yours to keep.
A small software company in Ashland, Massachusetts. We build our own products, and websites and tools for people who need them done right and kept running.
Say helloA website you own, built once.
A fast one-page site with your phone number as the first button, your Google listing pointed at it, and a second language for the customers who search in one. Built once, handed over, yours to keep.
$1,499one time
No monthly fee, no contract, and nothing to cancel. You own the site, the web address, and the code when it is done.
I am a software engineer with ten years of experience, and I build the site myself. You are not handing this to an agency that outsources it.
Loads fast on a phone
One page. Your phone number, directions, and booking are the first things a customer sees, and the page opens before they lose patience.
Your own web address
Registered in your name and handed to you with the site. It is yours, not rented from me.
Your Google listing, done right
Linked to the site, hours and categories fixed, and a review link customers can tap. Set up once, and I show you how to keep it current.
A second language
Chinese, Portuguese, or Spanish, so the customers who search in it find you. Included, not an upsell.
Online booking from Google Maps
Customers book at 11 pm without calling. The account and the money stay yours; I do the setup as part of the build.
Show up for your name and your town
The search basics that make you appear when someone types your name, your service, and your town.
The technical details
For anyone who wants to know what is under the hood.
- Static Next.js site, served from Cloudflare's edge network. No WordPress, no plugins, nothing to patch.
- Hosting costs nothing on Cloudflare's free tier, and the web address is about ten dollars a year, paid by you directly.
- Google Lighthouse 90+ on mobile for performance, accessibility, and SEO, checked before hand-over.
- Google Business Profile set up properly: website link, hours, categories, services, photos, and a review short-link.
- Second language as a real page with hreflang alternates, one content file per language, so each version ranks on its own.
- Structured data (JSON-LD) for your business type, sitemap, robots, Open Graph image, Search Console connected.
- The code is handed over in a repository you own, so any developer can pick it up later. You are not locked to me.
After it is live
The site is yours and it keeps working on its own. There is no plan to be on and nothing renews.
- Small changes
- Hours, a price, a photo, a holiday. Send them over and I quote the job — usually small. No retainer, no minimum.
- Something bigger
- A new page, another language, a redesign when the business changes. Quoted as its own build before any work starts.
- Or nobody
- You own the code and the address, so another developer can take it over. That is the point of handing it to you.
What you are actually getting
Ten years building and running websites exactly like this one, and I do the work myself. No ticket queue, no account manager, no waiting on someone who has to ask someone else.
Ask which photo to use, ask whether booking or a second language is worth it for your customers, ask what the site should say. Working that out with you is part of the build, not an extra.
Tell me the business name and I will build a preview of your site for free. You decide once you have seen it, and there is no obligation either way.
